Confetti Wishes Cards

       I sat down this past week and made some of these little bitty cards...they are only 3x3" in size.  I like making them, they are quick and easy.   Here are 3 of the ones I made...nice, bright and cheery...just what they should be to help someone special celebrate a birthday or another special occasion.
